AMC7836: Power recommend and sequence question

Part Number: AMC7836

Hi team,

My customer wants to use the AMC7836, and below is the power they want.

But in the datasheet, the recommend power is as below:

So I am not very sure if I can supply AVCC=5 and AVEE=0.

Or if I use the AVCC=5 and AVEE=0, which performance will be limited?

2. For the power sequence, the recommend sequence in datasheet is as below:

So it means the firstly is the IOVdd, but can I supply the DVdd, AVdd and AVcc at the same time because they are all 5V.

or must need DVdd first and then AVdd and then AVcc?

Hi Lacey,

The supply values are find for the device. The only limitation is that the DACs will be limited to the 0V to 5V range, as the AVCC is only 5V. The supply sequencing is fine as well.

Hi Paul,
Just to double check.
If we need to strictly follow the sequence that the IOVdd firstly, and then the other power rail.
or we can supply the IOVdd, DVDD,AVDD and AVcc at the same time?

another question is that if there is sequence for the power when we power off the AMC7836.

Hi Lacey,

IOVDD and DVDD/AVDD/AVCC can ramp at the same time. There is no constraint to the device at power off.
