Well, let me answer to myself.
Good starting point for create own HW is SBAA205, "Understanding Serial LVDS Capture in High-Speed ADCs", www.ti.com/.../sbaa205.pdf

Using TSW1405 looks quite specific. It was not good idea, to use it as a reference.

Hi Sergey
The AFE5801EVM is normally supported with the TSW1400EVM for data capture using firmware ADC_FIRMWARE.rbf.
I will have a colleague provide a follow-up response with the source files for that firmware.

The firmware can be found under the TSW1400EVM product folder on the TI website.
