Looking for DAC with inbuilt EEPROM and upto 15V output

I am looking for a DAC for my new design with inbuilt EEPROM or Flash to retain DAC configuration during power on and produce set Voltage. Output voltage upto 15V.

Please suggest

  • Ramakrishna,

    We currently do not have such products available, but it is possible for something like this to exist in the future.

    Can you share more details for the requirements of the DAC? Particularly the resolution / interface needs? Anything else you have would be great as well.
  • Hi Kevin,

    This DAC is to provide Excitation to Pressure Sensors.

    --> Minimum Excitation Required 12.5V at Sensor end. (Looking for 15V DAC bkz if any cable loss, it is to be compensated)

    --> Steps : 100mV with +/- 1mV accuracy.

    --> Resolution : Min. 8 Bit (10/12/16 is better)

    --> Line Regulation ≤ 0.03%

    --> Load Regulation ≤ 0.01% of set voltage

    --> Stability over Time (8 Hrs) ≤ 0.01% of set voltage

    --> Stability over temperature ≥ 50ppm/Deg C

    --> Ripple ≤ 0.2mVrms

    Looking for a DAC with non volatile register/EEPROM/Flash so that it can retain set voltage. Once the required voltage is set, the DAC should generate the voltage every-time it is powered up. Excitation voltage is changed whenever sensor is changed or calibration is done.

  • Hi Ramakrishna,

    Apologies for the delay - I was not in office on account of a training event.

    I will provide this feedback to the product development team. There may be some interest to continue the discussion via email. In such a case would it be acceptable to reach out to you at the email which you registered with the TI E2E Community?
  • Hi Kevin,

    You are most welcome to reach me out over Email. It would be really helpful for us if we get a solution from TI.

    Regards,
    Ramakrishna D C
  • Thanks!

    We'll continue our discussion via email.
