The model does not currently exist, but we can make the request from our centralized modeling team. It will take approximately 1 week to generate.

I will update this post when the model is complete.

Just to update this thread - the model request was submitted, however I have not yet received the complete model. I will update the post when the model is complete, which should be before the end of this week.

I have escalated this with our modeling team on account of the late delivery of the model. I will update you when I have news from them. Ideally, that update will include the availability of the model very soon.
