ADS1220: How to vary Vref on upto 5VDC on ADS1220?

Dear sir,

I try to change ADS1220 Vref value 5V for my output calculation. but i can't change Vref value on more than 2.048V.

Kindly help me to how to change the Vref value 5V as i want to use it through external references refp0 and refn0 i dont know how to set register2 configuration settings through programming.
