DAC60508: DAC output does not work when divide factor is 1

Hi, 

I am using internal reference voltage 2.5V and trying to make output 5V.

So I set division factor as 1 (/1) and set all output gain as 2 (*2) but all outputs is about 0V.

When I set division factor as 2 (/2) and all output gain as (*2), all output works well.

I wonder why it works like this.
