FDC1004QEVM: GUI Samples per Second Issues

Yesterday using the data streaming from the GUI, for a single channel I had was taking measurements at 100 Hz.

I just plugged in the sensor again, and am only able to stream at 5 Hz.

What could cause this issue, and how can I resolve it?

Hi Susan,

Were you using the same register settings in both conditions? The PC GUI does sometimes exhibit large amounts of latency, so it is possible you were seeing this issue with the GUI. I don't have any real good workaround to address this latency.

Hi,

I was using the same register settings. The sensor seems to bounce between 4 Hz and 100 Hz.
