The NCO cnfig file is attached. Please provide more info regarding questions #2. Are you asking for how to set up the DAC to be used as an arbitrary waveform generator with the DAC using 8 lanes? The document I sent you earlier should help explain the Altera frame format. If you need example firmware code, you can download it under the TSW14J56EVM product folder on the TI website.

You need to explain more when you mention 16 bits. Are you talking about the parallel data you are sending into your JESD Core on the FPGA? Do you want to know how this maps into a 256 wide bus used by the IP?
