TSW1400EVM: when I push PostPro button in radar studio,there is error that adc_data.bin is empty

Part Number: TSW1400EVM

Hi I am using awr1443+devpack+tsw1400 to capture raw data I follow training.ti.com/mmwave-sensor-raw-data-capture-using-tsw1400-board  step

I have installed all the drivers and softwares 

when I push PostPro button in radar studio,there is error that adc_data.bin is empty

this is my radar studio GUI config

what a problem ?Is my config wrong? why is my adc_data.bin empty?

    Hello,
    Could you check for few points
    1. Cable connection from TSW1400 to AWR1443.
    2. If you have followed the step : 'TSW1400 ARM' & 'Trigger frame' button click within 1-2 second.
    3. Updated HSDC-pro firmware and ini file provided in DFP installation.


    Further could you share full output log with us.

    When I updatad HSDC Pro firmware, it works .

    a little advice, the training.ti.com/mmwave-sensor-raw-data-capture-using-tsw1400-board video may add the steps updatad HSDC Pro firmware
    it only has the step update the ini file.
