6.3. SAR Reference Input - the CDAC Link for training video is broken

Is there anyone within TI that has influence with the people that maintain the "TI Precision Labs - ADCs" that can look into secion 6.3 take you to an "Access denied" page (despite the fact that I am logged in and can see all videos)? The error that pops up is as follows:

"Access Denied

The course you are trying to access is either no longer available, or you do not have permission to view the course. Please return to the TI Training home page to search/browse additional training"

I applogize if this is the wrong form but is it not clear whom to contact.

Thanks,in advance,

Dave

  • Hello Dave,
Thank you bringing this to our attention, this is odd and should get fixed.
We currently cannot duplicate this error message, but I will make sure that this is looked at to see if there is anything in the background that can be causing this.
What browser are you using? Does this only happen with this specific video, 6.3 Reference CDAC?
    Regards, Cynthia
  • Hi Cynthia,

I am using Firefox 61.0.2 (64-bit) and Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit). I am directly connected to the internet via a Netgear genie Nighthawk X10 R900 router with no proxy server and, finally, through an Arris DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem.

It is only this particular presentation (page) so far. I’m thinking if TI is using Apache for a server, it may be a configuration for the particular directory from the TI firewall that is causing the problem. Just a hunch.

Thanks for getting back with me. If you need my assistance to trouble shoot, let me know. I will do what I can.

    Dave

  • Dave,

Thanks for pointing out this problem.  I believe we have a solution.  Can you please confirm that it has been resolved?

  • Hello Art (and Cynthia). Thank you so much for resolving this. I had to respond as I was pleased to see you reply, Art, and wanted to tell you how much I appreciate and enjoy the TI Precision labs.

    Thanks,
