TSW1400EVM: I am using TSW1400+AWR1443+DEVPACK,which firmware should I download in HSDC Pro?

I have watched this TI training video for reference: training.ti.com/mmwave-sensor-raw-data-capture-using-tsw1400-board
but this video only tells me how to select ADC ini file .I'm afraid it doesn't have the steps how to download the firmware
Also my DFP is the latest version

The ADC ini file is the firmware for the TSW1400. There are no missing steps on downloading the firmware.

so what's the difference between the rbf file and the ADC ini file?
if I don't download the rbf file , there will be errors when I push the "trigger frame" button in the radar studio.

You need to follow the instructions as clearly laid out in the instruction video. The ini file "AWR12xx_lvds_4Channel_ddr_4bit_par_centre_16_bit.ini" is the correct file to download to the TSW1400, not a rbf file. This process has been thoroughly tested and validated.

If you are having issues with the trigger frame button in Radar Studio, then you need to make sure you are flashing the correct MSS and BSS firmwares to your device.

OK, my MSS and BSS firmwares are right but I still have errors , I don't know why

I am going to need additional information in order to understand what you mean when you say that you still have errors. Please respond with more detailed information. Feel free to upload the log files from Radar Studio. Screenshots are fine too.
