DAC8760: DAC8760 easy burn out,but ADI ADUM5422 is fine

I Design a transiver which use TI/DAC8760, but the parts easy to fail in factory, after change to ADI solution, No any customer complain feedback

I apply the surge test in power chain, I found the DAC8760 easily burn out than ADI/AD5422, I found the VDD rating is less than AD5422
do you have any advise?

Hi Alex,

I will need more specific details like the schematic and surge test profiles to assist you. The absolute maximum rating between AVDD and AVSS is 40V as is the maximum between AVDD and GND. Are you violating any of the max specs. in your testing? If your test violates any of these ranges the device will likely be damaged.
