TSW1400EVM: when I push the PostProc button, the picture plotted doesn't show the things which are moving,why?

hi I'm using the awr1443+devpack+tsw1440evm to capture the raw data

I follow the https://training.ti.com/mmwave-sensor-raw-data-capture-using-tsw1400-board  step

this is what I get

and this is official example

I use iron with a large scattering coefficient as the experimental material.

I make the iron move

the question is that my picture can't show the moving things but the official example can.I don't known why.

what's more,my distance-velocity picture is totally different from the giving example.

what a problem?
