TI presents MTBF and FIT data in a different format as it applies to silicon. For the ADS1120-Q1 the data can be found at:

You can find this data by going to the device page on ti.com and selecting the Quality and Packaging tab, then click on 'view' under DPPM / MTBF / FIT Rate.

Hi TM,

am I right in my assumption that your customer is requesting FIT rate information for a functional safety analysis of their system?
If that is the case then the process technology FIT rate information we provide on ti.com will not be very useful to him.
We can provide dedicated Functional Safety FIT rate information based on the IEC TR 62380 on request. So far we don't share this information publicly.
