Part Number: ADS7882

Hi all,

we use ADS7882. With the charge number 5CTG4 COSS we have a problem with a hanging BUSY-Pin staying HI on power up, especially on temperatures >40 °C.

Replacing the part with charge No. 95TG4 A3FV the problem disappears. Is there any known temperature bug ?

    I did not see any report about temperature issue on this device,

    • Did you find only one unit you saw this behavior or more?
    • Is this ADC used in your production system or new design? If it's a new design, can you please let me know your detailed requirements about ADC?
