ADS8688: ADS8688 output data is coming either high counts are low counts irrespective of input signal during power ON for some times.

Hi, I am using ADS8688 for my application of analog input processing. All test results are OK. But during some times when I will do power Off and Power ON. ADS8688 output is giving max or min counts irrespective of input signal. This problem is coming 2 or 3 times for 10 times.

    Can you please send a post with screenshots for AVDD, DVDD and reference voltage(REFCAP/REFIO)? especially when the problem is observed. Your schematic will be very helpful to address the issue. Thanks.
