I would like to determine that how long of the physical time should be concern for ULN2003ANSR?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003A

Dear Folks

According to the datasheet of ULN2003ANSR, it mentions the relative between duty cycle and output current on figure 4. But it doesn't refer and contain the restriction of the period such as whole period doesn't exceed 10ms something like that...

Is there any possibility that relay operation time is larger than ULN2003ANSR's operation time?  If do so. Does it make unexpected condition?

  • Hi Peter,

Thanks for reaching out regarding the ULN2003A. I was wondering if you could clarify your question. To my understanding, you're asking if the duty cycle can be 100% continuously on?

If so, then i would need to know the voltage /current levels that you're running the device and the motor at.

    Thanks,
