Hello E2E,

Our customer is using the VSP5500 yet. yet,,,

Please let me know about the VSP5500.
They will change the kind of 1uF-capacitor around the REFP, REFN and CLP_REF.
Capacitance on the next capacitor is significantly reduced by DC. About 1uF -> 0.8uF.
Does the decrease in capacity affect the device?

Hi Praveen,

Thank you for reply.
They used X7R ceramic capacitors, but we plan to change to X5R.
Compared to X7R, the capacity of X5R is significantly lower due to DC.
Decrease by approximately 20%.
Does this affect the operation of the device?

Hello ACGUY,

The reduced value should not affect the functionality of the device.

Please note that the device was characterized with 1uF caps and so the lower value caps might result in higher noise (both the line noise and pixel noise).
