Hi Sir 

May I know if I use ADS8588S to replace AD7606 ,have any software need to change ? or all of control method is the same ?

    Hello Kai Hsiao,

    Welcome to E2E forum.

    Yes, ADS8588S is pin-pin compatible with AD7606, and the control mechanism is same, so the software using with AD7606 can be use on ADS8588S directly without any change. By the way:

    1.  ADS8588S has better performance on SNR, Linearity(INL and DNL), lower drift on Gain and offset error, also wider working temperature (-40C~125C).

    2. ADS8588H is a high speed version of ADS8588S, 500ksps, this is a key benefit for applications that needs higher throughout. ADS8598S and ADS8598H are 18-bit version SAR ADCs.
