ADS8350EVM-PDK: Software doesn't work at all

Hello,

I'm try to evaluate ADS8350EVM-PDK.
I have installed the software to my Win7 PC. The software is that I downloaded from web site of this kit (SBAC130A).
I think the installation itself succeeded. But when tyring to run this software, it doesn't work at all.
It doesn't proceed anymore from the below figure. Do I need to install any other software like any driver software?
