Part Number: ADS7807
Hi,
Customer is using ADS7807UB and asking us about max and min value of Internal Reference Drift. Typical value is 8 ppm/C as descirbed in the datasheet.
Could you please check?

Hello,
Apologies on the delay on this, I have reached out to the design team and am waiting for a response, but I would like to point out that we do not guarantee this min/max value.
The typical value is ususally one standard deviation (or sigma) or, depending on the parameter is the mean +/- 1 sigma. A good estimate for the min/max would be 4 sigma, which means, statistically, 99% percent of the products would fall within this range. Keep in mind that the probability of having a device from 2 to 3 sigma is 2.27% though.
