AFE4404: reset error

Hi,

Tried to test the AFE4404 EVM,  firmware 1.3 with windows 10, was able to run at first, however, I pressed the device reset button by mistake and then when I tried to Reset to EVM defaults, it shows Error 5000 occurred at Notifier Timed out.

If I click continue, and when to data capture tap and run, it shows Error 5011

Please help and can I just upgrade the firmware to 1.5 to solve this issue?
