What is the expected output on the DRY output when there is no CLOCK input?

       DRY should be in stable (H or L) if clock input stops, we have seen this in general test on the bench , but it is not guaranteed if clock input has noise when the clock stops with AC coupling on the path. In this case you can add a DC offset at the clock input, 50mv or higher than this offset should be good. For a DC coupling clock path the DRY output should be stable when the clock input stops with clock input set certain DC level (for example H or L). If you see something different in your test please let me know and we can setup to check.
