ADC34J44EVM: ADC3xxx GUI Installer (Rev. C) Software Installation Issue

Hello,

I need help with the installation of the software: ADC3xxx GUI Installer (Rev. C)

I have downloaded and unzipped the files and tried running the setup file present in the folder "Volume".

This returned an error, "Unknown Error" as shown.

Can someone please help me with this?

Siddharth,

This is a generic LV installer error. This error can occur in one of the following situation. Can you try the following steps below?

In case you are installing the software over a network, turn off the network Firewall as well.

It was an issue with the proxy n/w I guess.

This resolved my issue.
