ADS8681EVM-PDK: No graph on Time Domain Display after "Capture"

Hi team,

I'm having a little trouble with ADS8681EVM-PDK. I've assembled the board, following the instructions in the user's guide, and downloaded/installed and latest version of the GUI.

When I plug it in and launch the software it comes up correctly and signals proper connection to the hardware. However, when I press “capture” it churns for a while but no graph on the Time Domain Display.

I look at the ADS8681 registers after I do a read all and it appears that I corruption in the reserved fields (should read zeros).

I am currently running Windows 10.

I have jumpered in the 4V test source (read it with a meter).

J4 pins 1 and 2 are connected.

S1 is switched to top.

No other pins are jumpered.

 

I need to get this working pretty quickly (we are on a very tight schedule) so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
