ADS131A04EVM: Data Analysis no working

Hello,

I have ADS131A04EVM board and I use Delta-Sigma ADC EvaluaTIon Software. Drivers installed correctly, I read registers maps but when I open "Data Analysis" nothing happend ?:

I see "Unable to connect locate main application " ?

I try with Basic startup script but same problem.

I don't believe I have seen this error message before. Can you please provide the following information?:

Operating System
Screen capture of Device Manager with EVM connected

I resolve my problem, the error came form my micro-usb cable.
