ADS1299EEGFE-PDK: My ADS1299EEG-FE is not working and error code 6004

Part Number: ADS1299EEGFE-PDK

I tried to SPI communicate Raspberry ADS1299EEG-FE with Raspberry PI

I got the device ID and checked the some data.

But at one point, the data did not suddenly come over.

So I Tryed connected ADS1299EEG-FE with MMBO Bord,  and test

But Not working and I got a error Message

An error occured with error code 6004

lib 1299.lvlib: check_styx_err.vi<ERR>

cannot get a fid /ads1299evm/acquire

    Hello Keunsoo,

    Welcome to our forum and thank you for your post!

    In general, we cannot support interfacing our EVMs with external controller boards like the Raspberry Pi. However, I can help you with the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK errors.

    Error Code 6004 generally has to do with a driver installation problem. Can you tell me what operating system you are using?

    I would suggest that you configure the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK hardware as described in the Factory Default section of the User Guide. Then, connect the daughterboard to the MMB0 and plug them into your PC and check the Device Manager. The EVM should enumerate as "MMBO (NI-VISA)".

    I use windows10

    but I Tested this board my pc ont windows10

    maybe my board is broken.

    Hi Keunsoo - I would not assume the board is broken just yet. Did you check how the board is enumerating under Device Manager?
