Hi,

We have a trouble about external clock, when I power on the CLKIO always  no signal.

The attaching is our schematics for your reference.

    Welcome to the TI E2E Forums! Have you probed X1 to see if the crystal is oscillating?

    The schematic looks okay; however, I would recommend shorting AVSS and DGND with a 0-Ohm resistor.

    If the crystal is not oscillating then try reviewing some of the suggestions provided here: e2e.ti.com/.../2341477. I would like to point out the importance of making sure your PCB is clean (free of solder flux) and that you may need to experiment with different capacitor values in order to get the crystal to oscillate.
