Can the static magnetic field influence the electric properties of the ADS1298?

Can the static magnetic field influance the very weak input signals (like emg, ecg, eeg ect.)?

thank you for your answer.
Nevertheless, I didn't ask about electromagnetic interference (also called as radio-frequency interference). I asked only about the static magnetic field ( having a magnet somewhere close)

Yes, a field being nearby a circuit will have an effect.
