Hello,

I would like to know about qualification summary and on-going reliability monitoring of the following products:

- ADC128S102 MDR

- ADC128S102WGMPR 

We had a sudden failure on a ADC converter "ADC128S102WGMPR" and we would like to know in which qualification test it was involved as well as for the "ADC128S102 MDR" that will be used for flight prototype.

    ADC128S102WGMPR is an engineering prototype packaged part.   The wafer lot it comes from is not space qualified.   After assembly, the part is tested at room temperature only.

    ADC128S102 MDR is space qualified, Radiation Hardness Assured bare die.  It comes from a space grade wafer lot that has gone through the space qualification as defined in MIL-PRF-38535.   Each wafer is radiation tested and qualified.
