Is there voltage difference limit between Analog power AVDD and digital power DVDD? can I use 4.5V for AVDD and 3.3V for DVDD? since my analog signal input range is 0 to 4.096V

David,
Having an AVDD of 4.5V and a DVDD of 3.3V should be fine.
Any voltage difference limits between AVDD and DVDD would be listed in the Recommended Operating Conditions in the datasheet on page 6. You can see the power limitations below. There are limitations for the min and max values of AVDD to AVSS and the min and max values of DVDD to DGND.
The only min max values you need to watch for between the analog and digital supplies are from AVDD to DGND and AVSS to DGND. There will be come communication between the analog and digital side, and these are limits of the level shifting in the communication.
