ADS1148: ADS1148 single 5V power supply and measure 7 single-ended input

Hi, I want to use ADS1148 to measure 7 single-ended sigal(0-2V).

1. I want to use single 5V supply ADS1148. No negative power.

2. Use AIN0 as com pin and other 7 AIN pin as 7 signal inputs.

I found AIN0 couldn't connect to GND in datasheet. So should I connect AIN0 to reference voltage like 2.5V?

Do you have any suggestion what can I do for my application.

Customer will measure 7 channel voltage (0.7V-2V).

Thanks for your post!

Connecting AIN0 to 2.5V will be fine, but keep in mind that the output codes will need to be adjusted accordingly.

Additionally, you could propose the ADS114S08 which can measure single-ended signals when bypassing the PGA with respect to ground.
