TSW1400EVM: Pattern Generator S/W doesn't work on Win10

Hello,

I have a request.

I have generated the DAC pattern with your TSW1400 Pattern Generator S/W on Win7. (S/W=SLWC110, User's Guide=SLWU082)

However it can not work on Win10.

[Error Message]

Could not find version 7.16 of the MCR.

Attempting to load mclmcrrt7_16.dll.

Please install the correct version of the MCR.

Contact your vendor if you do not have an installer for the MCR.

[My PC]

mclmcrrt7_16.dll exists in C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v716\runtime\win64.

I tried the install several time.

But I can not do it.

Could you provide me the installer that work on Win10 ?

I am not sure if we have a version compatible with windows 10. I will have to look into this. I also forwarded your question to someone that may be able to advise.

Hiroshi,

The “TSW1400 Pattern Generator S/W” – (a MATLAB GUI) seems to use an older version of MATLAB Runtime engine (MCR v7.16), that might not be compatible with Windows 10. Windows10 is supported in MATLAB version “R2015a (MATLAB 8.5)” and above.

This might require a re-compile of the Pattern Generator MATALB EXEs using an updated Runtime engine that supports Windows 10. Our software team is looking into how much time and effort will be required to do this.
