ADS54J69: SNR ,SINAD values of ADS54J69 at 1090MHz

Hi,

We are planning to use ADC p/n: ADS54J69 in our new design at RF input frequency around 1090MHz. In datasheet ,we didn't find the SNR, SINAD, SFDR and THD values. Can you please provide the test results of SNR, SINAD, SFDR and THD with input frequency 1090MHz and sampling frequency 100MHz.

Keshava,

The minimum sampling rate frequency for this device is 500MHz. This will not work for your application unless you increase the sample rate.

Hi Keshava,

Both the ADS42LB69 and ADS42JB69 have an analog input bandwidth of ~ 400MHz. Therefore they will not be useful for your input frequency of 1090 MHz requirement. I recommend the ADC16V130 which has analog input bandwidth of 1.4 GHz.
