I am building a X-ray monitor by using a gas ionized detector and DDC232 as front end. The dector output is negitive current. Can DDC232 work with it?

Depending on the nature of the source, it may be possible to apply the technique detailed in this application note to create a bipolar input range for the DDC232 using passive components to provide an offset which is summed on the input node of the integrator, allowing for negative currents.
Creating a Bipolar Input Range for the DDC112
Otherwise, per the data sheet, the DDC232 can only accommodate -0.4% of the selected full scale range, which in the largest (350pC) range would only be -1.4pC.
