when ADS1292 EVK connect to PC, some time it can't recognize the right part#

some time shows ADS1291, sometimes ADS1191

ANy suggestion?

Thanks for your post!
Incorrect device ID is typically caused by an improper power-up sequence.
The time's that it does not recognize the correct part number, is there any interruption in power?
Has the board been incorrectly handled (ESD) or damaged in some way?
