A typical specification often represents roughly one standard deviation of units or 68% of units. Therefore two standard deviations or 95% of units will fall within +/-40ppm/C and 99.7% of units will fall within +/-60ppm/C.
Since there is not a maximum specification in the datasheet it is possible to receive outlier units that experience drifts that are larger than these estimates but the odds are pretty low.
