AFE4490SPO2EVM: Windows 10 signed driver required for undergraduate teaching lab in University

Part Number: AFE4490SPO2EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4490

Dear Texas Instruments,

Are there plans to release a Windows 10 signed driver for the AFE4490SPO2EVM board?

We are having issues with it in a University undergraduate teaching lab.

We have used the bcdedit -set testsigning on to get the computers into a mode where they are more likely to accept unsigned drivers.

I've been around with one Texas instrument board AFE4490 and installed it on the computers.   If a different AFE4490 board is plugged in then it does not automatically recognise it as an AFE4490 and myself as an administrator I have to update the device driver manually.   Students cannot update the driver themselves in an undergraduate computing environment.

Hence, really we need a Windows 10 signed driver solution to try.

Regards,

David
