I am using LTM8064 for converting input voltage in the range of 24-50 V to 24 V, 8A by connecting 2 chips in parallel. Will this cause a heating issue to my pcb? I am confused whether I should procure this component or not? for thermal analysis i should take theta(jc) or theta(jb). It is a bga package component
