ADS131A04EVM: Can't Find Device Package for Delta-Sigma ADC Evaluation Software

Hello everyone,

I've purchased the ADS131A04EVM to determine whether we want to use this ADC moving forward or not. However, I can't seem to locate the Device Package that needs to be installed in order to use the eval board. In the "ADS131A04 Evaluation Module User's Guide," it lists the device package as available on the EVM's page for download. However, it doesn't seem to be listed there. The same was true for the DS Evaluation Software, but I found it on a separate page.

Can someone show me where this Device Package download might be?

    The download can be found in the landing page for the EVM: 

    If you go to the Order now section, the download shows up as an orderable:

    Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, when I'm on the EVM's page, this is not what I see under the 'Order Now' section. Instead, I see this:

    I've tried viewing this with my adblocker disabled, I've tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, I've tried it on a coworker's computer, and I've even tried it on one of our remote servers, and they all give me this. There's nothing in this section for me to select, which is why I had to go to a different page to down the DS Evaluation Software.

    Is it possible there's some kind of bug that doesn't load more of the page?

    I can see it on my computer browser, but I'm internal. However, I can even see the link on my cell phone, which is not connected to the internal web.

    Can you try the link below? It should get you to a site that will give you a form to fill out to request the software. Even with software, there is a small questionnaire to make sure the download follows government export approval.

    Were you able to get the link to work? I'll close the post for now, but if it didn't post back.

    It occurs to me that the "Order Now" section is populated based on a Java script. If you don't have Java installed on your computer, you may not see the link.

    Good morning Joseph,

    I was able to use the link to get to the download page yesterday. However, for some reason, the download would fail, giving me a cryptic error message about a trojan virus (I don't believe there's a virus). This is an image from when I was trying to download the Eval Software; it's the same image I'd get when trying to download the device package:

    However, just now, I was able to complete the download and install the device package software and it looks like I'm connected to the EVM with the Evaluation Software.

    For the web page and the "Order Now" section, I do have JavaScript enabled. If this is truly Java related, I also have Java installed on my machine, version 1.8.0_191.
