Hi,

I want to do offset & error correction for ads8684/88.

i have no option from hardware site to do this as board is ready.

Please provide suitable data for this.

I also want to measure analog signal values from digital data of ADC.So what conversion process i have to follow?

Is there any formula for this?

if yes,that what is it?

    Hello,

    Offset and gain errors are commonly calibrated out in software by applying a standard y=m*x+b fit to the measured curve vs. the desired ideal transfer function.  For more information on ADC errors and calibration please take a look at the TI Precision Labs videos below.  Video 3.2 specifically covers this topic.

    The transfer function of the ADC from output code to input voltage is explained in the Figure below.
