TSW1400EVM: measurement of ADC

Dear all,

Could you teach me about the ability of this EVM?

*Quesrtions below are included the check of my understanding.

Can this out analog signal (sine wave)?

Can this out I/O 3.3V?

We want to measure following ADC. Can this measure the ADC below?

- ADC specification

 topology: ⊿Σ, sampling rate: 16kHz, outupt: 16bits parallel and data latch pulse

>measurement item

Can this EVM confirm FFT analysis, S/N rate and THD+N?

    The TSW1400EVM is intended to capture digital data from TI ADC evaluation boards, and generate digital data to drive TI DAC evaluation boards.
    It does not have analog inputs or outputs.
    What are the logic levels for the data and data latch outputs of your ADC? I will check with a colleague to confirm what voltages the ADC CMOS interface is compatible with. I also need to confirm if there is a minimum sample rate that can be accepted.
    If the board can receive the ADC data then FFT analysis including SNR, THD, etc. can be done.
