Hi. I've been looking for my part date code marking without any response. In accordance with CoC, date code is 1644, but samples are marked as 6BTG4. I've assumed that 6 means 2016, but what does B mean? All code marking I have seen are composed by two digit number (without letters). How can I decode it?

The LTC code you show, 6BTG4, is incomplete. From this partial number, 6 = 2016 (or 2006) and B = November. Without a complete LTC (on the device), we can’t be 100% sure on the year. Can you send the complete markings on the device?

By the way, can you provide any document showing the codification of Date Code, please? Since I've seen numbers and letters for the month codification and it is a little confusing to me.

Here is some more info:

6 = 2016

B = 11th month

G4 is the environmental category

The rest is TI internal stuff

The only thing I can provide is that the first digit is always the year, and the second digit is always the month, and the ECAT is underlined.
