DAC80501: non-volatile DAC

In one of the use case, customer needs a DAC with following specs:- output < 3V Resolution >= 8bits, Channel <= 2, Ref internal interface :- I2C/SPI/Single wire.

Key requirement is: Reset to last power-ON state ( DAC power-ON output should be maintained to last output state (before power OFF), when power cycleing (OFF-ON) is done.)

DAC80501 looks good but Reset to Mid-Scale. 

Need your suggestion if DAC80501 or any other DAC can meet above customer specs ?

    Hi Prahlad,

    The memory requirement is going to be the most difficult to meet. We have just release the first device of a new family of components, the DAC53608. This is an 8-channel device, but we have a singled channel with EEPROM planned.

    Please reach out to our systems's engineer for details about that device. I will email you his information.
