Looking urgently for A/D :

16bits, 6 differential channels, 200ksps minimum.

Parallel interface (SPI is not needed).

The inputs range 0...2.5V or 0...5V.

Found ADS8586S but its over kill. Need low cost solution

Hi Eli,

Other options might be the ADS8555 or ADS8556, but there aren't many multi-channel parts with differential inputs. Is that 200 ksps speed requirement per channel or overall throughput (33.3 ksps/CH)?

Regarding ADS8365, it a 250KSPS for all the 6 channel sampling at the same time.
If correct what the meaning of "4µs Total Throughput per Channel:?

Hi Eli,

There are six independent ADC's inside the ADS8365 - when the CONVSTx signals are tied together, all six ADC's begin converting at the same time. If you read the previous conversion results while the current conversion is taking place (you have 3.2uS to do this), you can read all six outputs within 4uS (i.e. 250 kSPS/CH).
