dear specialist;
my customer use ads8674 to design medical product, now they appear below phenomena, as below.
1.the chip can run normally firstly;
2. after running a period (about several days,may be three to five days,or more);the chip will be abnormal,customer cant read the right data in register;
3.customer find the reason is that the chip reset and result the configured data restore to default value, so customer cant read the correct converted data in register;
4.but in fact,customer don't send and RST command or active low RST/PD pin,;
so customer want to know what event can trigger RST mode except below two methods;
