ADS1298R: PDK

Hello,

I am interested in buying the PDK for ADS1298R . I wanted to know if I can use it like a normal development kit as well. I want to be able to connect it to other microcontroller development kits to evaluate the best one for our purposes. Can you please assist me regarding the same?

    Hello,

    The ADS1298RECG-PDK is the only available development kit for the ADS1298R.  You can use wires to connect your MCU to the appropriate digital pins on the EVM which are brought out to the available pin headers.

    Thank you. so I can connect it to stm discovery board using spi pins? Also is the connection to MSP the onboard mcu or directly to ADS1298R?
    Also can you help me with which electrode can be used for 12 lead ecg?

    The connection will be directly to the SPI pins of the ADS1298R. You will not be able to externally communicate with the ADS1298R through the MMB0 motherboard. So, remove the ADS1298REVM daughter board from the MMB0 motherboard and then connect your STM SPI pins directly to the SPI pins on the ADS1298R daughter board.

    Since it's a different query may I ask you to post a separate question regarding the ECG leads?
