DAC37J84: Usage of debug pins

I am using DAC37J84 in my design. I see some test / debug pins in the pin configuration which are listed below. But their usage details are not provided. Request you to let me know what is the use of these pins. Or please provide a document which gives a description about use of these pins.

1. IFORCE

2. VSENSE

3. AMUX1

4. AMUX2

5. ATEST

    Hi Kiran,

    Both IFORCE and VSENSE can be left floating. These are TI internal usage.

    For AMUX1, AMUX2, these are testing of the internal nets for the SERDES core. These are not typically used and you may left them floating

    ATEST may be used for internal voltage probing for debug. See register below. You may route to a test point for future use.
