When the mechanical relay work,the DRDY signal will abnormal it always is low level.Lead to the software crash into while loop.

Currently in the DRDY signal add a 13.2k pull-up resistor to 3.3V solved this issue.

I would like to know the DRDY signal output construction.Who can help us?

I'm not sure I fully understand your issue. Is /DRDY not pulsing in your system?

Would you have a schematic of your circuit that you can share?

/DRDY is a driven output so there shouldn't be a need to add a pull-up resistor, unless you need /DRDY to be high before the ADS1256 has powered-up.

Our issue is :the firmware can't capture the DRDY jumping when the inductive load active . if the inductive load can't work or frequently switching the ADC work is normal. Any comment?

May I ask how the inductive load is related to this circuit? Is this load something connected to the ADC inputs, or is it some other circuit within the system?

Looking at the schematic, I noticed the L1 (10uH) inductor on AVDD. This inductor may be interacting with the bypass capacitors and creating an LC resonator. I would recommend removing this inductor since it could be leading to ringing on the AVDD supply.
