ADS54J69: wake-up after the power-down

Hi，

I don't kown that how to wake-up the ADS54J69, when i had to configurated global power-down mode to the chip.

I 'm not found any discribe about the wake-up sequence in datasheet.

It has bothered me for a while.

After writing a 0xC0 to address 0x26 in master page 80h, the part will be in global power down mode. To wake the part up, just write a 0x00 to this same location.
